Day 08: Not 100%

The first week...

is over and I did 'cheat'. I still would consider the first week a success. I've got a lot of shit done, lost some weight, did more sport, and overall feeling better now. I think this is a great direction and, I have to keep my goals in mind and stay positive.

Normally I would focus on the negative things like my cheat day, or that I watched that one video a couple of days ago, but I need to focus on the positive things. That is a mindset I have lost some time ago, and yet is so important. It is like 2 am, so I am tired and will go to bed soon, but I thought it would be nice to keep 'you' updated.
